To the Managing Director/Owner
The Intersection Tavern,
Ramsgate,
Dear Sir/Madam,
Our daughter, Emma Topham had her 21st Birthday party in one of your function areas on Saturday 29th March, 2008.
I would like to put on record our utmost gratitude and thanks for helping us make her 21st such a memorable night.
Firstly to your function co-ordinater Sam, a big thankyou for organising everything you were a huge help and you are a very friendly approachable person, thankyou also for you to come in on your day off on the Saturday to make sure that everything was to our liking and to relay all of our requests and function plan to the staff on the night, you do your job extremely well, so keep at it.
And Secondly to Sal the Bar Manager on the night and his staff. Nothing was a problem to Sal, everything I asked for was there within a short time and his friendly service to us was fantastic, even though we were a rowdy bunch nothing was a problem! To the bar staff on the night, you are all young people and you did your job great, you were all courteous, friendly and happy it was great to see such a good team behind the bar which is the hub of the tavern. The food was great, plenty of it and nice and fresh, thankyou to the chef and kitchen staff for that.
To sum this letter up, we all had such a fantastic night and to top it all off Emma has a wonderful memory to share in the future. This is thanks to you all. I will and have highly recommended your venue to all of my family and friends, Keep up the fantastic work, it has been a pleasure to have our party at your venue.
